Terrace offers a nice outdoor spot to chill, albeit with room for improvement in decor and furniture. The gardens have potential but currently look a bit overgrown, could use a touch of care.

Bar area feels outdated and lacks a clear menu with pricing-frustrating. No information on breakfast options until we saw others with choices. Missed out on eggs. Pool area furniture is in need of an upgrade, and the hotel could benefit from a livelier feel instead of museum-like spaces.

Unique and stunningly beautiful hotel in Maia. Reasonably spacious room with all necessities. Amazing location, at a short distance from Frade Viewpoint. Fine base for exploring Maia.

I almost considered giving a good review, but then i remembered there was no shampoo or conditioner in my room, PLUS those awful church bells kept waking me up. I mean, does the manager not know that guests have needs? A welcome gift woudl ve been nice, especially since i got stuck with an outdated room without AC.

The manor house was fine, the rooms were super clean, and the surroundings were peaceful. Plus, the breakfast was served in a lovely setting.

Solar De Lalem in Maia was a dream! Rodolfo's warm welcome and Maria's lovingly prepared breakfast were highlights of our stay. The gardening, pool relaxation, and hiking proximity were perfect!

Decent option for a short break on my long journey in Maia with real value for money. Enjoyed the fresh coffee served at breakfast, a great way to start the day. Bring earplugs to help with potential noise from the church bells nearby.

The housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room super clean, and the breakfast served outside was such a treat with fresh fruits and delicious coffee. I loved lounging by the sun terrace and cooling off in the seasonal outdoor pool. Just a heads-up, the entryway pin confused me a bit at first, but it didn't ruin my great experience 😊

Cozy room, good breakfast, and a lovely outdoor area made our stay enjoyable, especially with the free Wi-Fi that helped us plan our next day's exploration, and the convenient location just 36 km from the nearest airport.

The deluxe king suite with its sea view was fantastic, and having an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room was a big bonus.
